JBM Development is planning on breaking ground in the Spring of 2022 on a 288 Unit Class A Multi-Family development in the City of Obetz, OH. Located at the Southeast corner of Lockbourne and Rathmell Roads, the community is adjacent to the Hamilton Township Local School Campus, as well as the planned Obetz Town Center. The community will include a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. The development will also feature a 5,500 Square Foot clubhouse that will house a 24 hour fitness center, heated pool with a sundeck, business center, coffee bar, 24 hour secure package room and a game room. The first units will be ready for lease in early 2023.
