Michele brings 25 years of experience in benefits, compensation and rewards to the newly created role at Enspira
LOS ANGELES – Enspira, a boutique HR consulting firm fueled by collective, global and cross-industry experience, is expanding its services by launching a new business unit dedicated to offering its clients innovative solutions in the Total Rewards space. Enspira has selected Michele Lodin to serve as Vice President, Total Rewards where she will lead a team of industry experts across benefits, compensation, and rewards.
“Compensation, benefits, and titles are the most common metrics that employees compare to their satisfaction and workload. However, companies typically forget or delay the intentional packaging and articulation of full compensation, benefit, and title packages creating inconsistency, and ultimately, risk of retention—which is where Michele and the Total Rewards team come in,” said Enspira’s Founder and CEO, Kurt Landon. “Total Rewards will better enable Enspira to serve its clients with compensation and benefits packages that engage and retain talent.”
Lodin brings more than 25 years of experience in Total Rewards and Mergers & Acquisitions to Enspira, most recently serving as VP, Total Rewards at Maxar Technologies. Prior to this, she has spent over 20 years in the life science industries, working for companies including Abbott, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Merck KGaA, and a number of companies that have since been acquired. She has played a leadership role in over 100 acquisitions through the integration stages of complex entities, as well as divestitures and spin-offs. Lodin graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She also holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Chapman University in Orange, California, and a J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She earned the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
“In addition to Michele’s remarkable track record of leading teams and helping corporations navigate mergers and acquisitions, she holds a unique expertise in benefits, compensation and rewards that is coveted by clients,” said Landon. “Her extensive background, proven leadership capabilities, and deep expertise in Total Rewards make Michele an exceptional choice to lead our new division. We’re thrilled to have her join us and bring her expertise and longstanding relationships to our clients.”
