Cristina Hancock is an HR leader and Equity and Inclusion trainer, facilitator, and advocate bringing more than nine years of experience to organizations across a variety of sectors. Prior to Enspira, Cristina spent much of her career in non-profits, most recently holding the role of Director of People Operations at GreenLight Fund where she built the HR function from the ground up. Cristina has also worked as a DEIB facilitator and trainer with a wide range of organizations. Cristina thrives when partnering with staff of diverse backgrounds to create systems, processes and spaces where individuals and organizations can thrive. Leveraging her work and lived experience, Cristina has a deep passion for and knowledge of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI) best practices and is committed to bringing an equity lens to all aspects of her work. Cristina holds a BA in Sociology from Boston College and a SHRM-SCP certificate, Cristina has never met a plane ticket, a concert ticket or restaurant menu she’d turn down.
