Kit has 20 years of leadership and operations experience in the banking and financial services industries. Prior to joining Enspira, he worked at HomeStreet Bank as the Operations Manager for their Consumer Lending division; responsible for operational integrity, process improvement, and training & development. Kit also spent several years in retail banking leadership roles with JP Morgan Chase and Washington Mutual honing skills in people development, sales performance, and operations. Kit holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Washington and is currently in pursuit of another in Human Resource Management. Based out of Seattle, Kit loves any and all things family and friends… fiancee Shannon, daughters Cydney and Olivia, and dog Penny. Kit enjoys spending his time with them golfing, skiing, supporting Seattle sports, attending concerts, and exploring the world.
